Gager Electrical Consultants is a professional firm that provides electrical consulting services for new construction and renovation projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We are proud to consistently offer ethical pricing to our clients, while ensuring the utmost quality is maintained at every step of the project.

 

With extensive involvement with a variety of different project types, we specialize in multi-family residential developments including strata townhouses and apartment buildings. In addition, our team has vast experience with commercial developments and tenant improvement designs, as well as extensive involvement in a variety of different project types.

 

We work on projects of all sizes from six-story wood-frame condo developments to twelve-unit luxury townhomes. We are proud to have been involved in many successful projects across the Lower Mainland, as well as throughout B.C. and Alberta. With our proven technical knowledge and proactive approach, we look forward to assisting you with the successful completion of your project.

what we do.

We provide professional electrical consulting services including, but not limited to the following:

  • Electrical Life Safety Systems Design including Fire alarm, EXIT signage, emergency lighting systems and interconnection between them.
  • Onsite Electrical Servicing Design including electrical room, service box, pullbox locations and requirements. Coordinate with local utility authorities to suit.
  • Electric Vehicle Charging conduit layouts and panel sizes to suit Municipal EV Charging requirements for new developments.
  • Residential Electrical Floor layouts for building common areas, residential Condo layouts, Townhouse floor plans, underground parking areas, commercial floor plans, etc.
  • Commercial Building Electrical Design including tenant improvement design drawings, sales and display layouts, and Ashrae 90.1 Section 9 lighting compliance calculations.
  • Coordination of Electrical requirements for Energy Standards as part of the consulting team, we work with your Energy modeller and/ or Energy “Step Code” requirements.
